I like the looks of the new forum a lot Steve.  Again thanks for all your hard work.

The crabs have been hard to find this winter.  Ordinarily I get them from a place who ships from New Orleans but this year, because of the weather, they've been few and far between.  I've had to settle for crabcakes and even though they're good they sure ain't a replacement for sitting down to a couple dozen jumbos.

Hope this season is a good one!!!

I'll have to check on that... but, I'm not sure you'll like what's next... because after you pass "New Member" you'll be promoted to "Junior Member"!!!!!!!!!! Hahahahhaah!!

Cheesy

Good one Steve!  (http://smilies.sofrayt.com/%5E/c0/haha.gif)

Wish ya all the best in this years crabbin' Mudfisher!  I sure HOPE this is a good year.  Seems with all the bad weather we've had this winter that things should be different in the crabbin'.....we just have to hope that it's different for the better.

I haven't been able to buy crabs at my local spot for over a month.  I'm gettin' "crab withdrawal" here!  Shrimp is good and this weekend the wife and I are gonna buy a couple of "lobstrosities" (a Stephen King word) for Valentines day but nothing takes the place of the blue crab.

Take care,

Same back at ya Mudfisher.  Last year was a great year, I hope it wasn't because of the warm winter of '02. That wouldn't bode well for the summer of '03!!!

Grasshopper,

Well said lad. I note that the "bump" does not count anyway. Guess it must be a post of substance in order to qualify. It may be a set in stone feature of Steve's new forum. Guess we are gona have to do some serious crab talking to reach "Junior". Smiley

Ok, I made some changes to go easier on everyone.

10 posts = Jr. Member
25 posts = Full Member
50 posts = Senior Member
100 posts = Top Member

I think this is a bit more realistic since this board has a relatively low volume of posts. Enjoy!!
