Does anyone know how I can access the DE state tidal waters to go night fishing if the ramps are closed at sunset?  I put the boat in at Cedar Swamp (Collins Beach) for day trips but the sign says that the ramp is closed from dusk until dawn.

you can use them if you are legally fishing. just the area is closed to un-authorized things like kids hanging out. They have quite a bit of trouble there
