The pots I have Do not have this in them.  They are the cheap chicken wire ones with no real 'door' on the parlor.  They just have a bungee cord that keeps the one corner of the parlor closed.  Whats the best way to convert these so they are legal in NJ?  Can I just simply cut a 6x6 hole and cover that with say wire, wood, plastic and then attach that to the pot with either thin uncoated wire or a natural twine of thin diameter?
