I'm sort of on the fence yet. I guess most things in moderation wouldn't be so bad.. its just I love the [Sam Hill] out of crabs. Moderation no fun.lol

My doctor said if i eat anything thats tastes good spit it out, it's bad for you. Rich is right live like there's no tomorrow. Nobody lives forever. Even the people who jog and exersize, eat right and get 8 hrs sleep a night are going to die, the only differance between me and them is the will live longer but proably blowing spit bubbles in some nursing home.

My first cardiologist was a Professor of Cardiology at Johns Hopkins - he had a heart attack and died while jogging. My heart bypass surgeon (one of the best in his field) had a heart attack and died while sitting at his desk in Washington Hospital Center at age 52. These guys knew everything there was to know about heart health and STILL died of heart attacks. Do everything you want in moderation and be happy. I DID stop smoking (4 packs a day) 23 years ago. I think that was a smart move, since I couldn't walk to the pier without stopping to catch my breath.

not sure but it seems that they do not live long enough to accumulate much mercury, tuna can eat 50 lbs a day of fish and live for years and still have an acceptable level
