female crabs in saxis?

am i reading this right i can keep mature females of any size in chesapeke and tributaries? might drop a trot line over at saxis in the next few days thanks in advance for all your help guys,

Up to one Bu per vessel.
Of course you will need a license for the trot line in VA.

well here it is, on the day we decided to go we got there late afternoon to get about three dozen .got boat almost in water then we noticed storms on the other side headed our way. so i still dont know if there are crabs in va. or not.lol

na jack i got a place over on chincoteague island. i figured since i was in the neighborhood i would give it a shot but it didnt work out. lol

lol i wouldnt know every time i go over there a storm blows up in the first fifteen minutes!!! first time we were fishing big blow rogh as all heck caught nothing. second time took my parents over to fish off the pier about a half hour later one heck of a storm blew up caught nothing. third time didnt even get in the water!!!! so maybe they aint no crabs in saxis

Any wind direction that has west in it is gonna cause it to be very rough outta Saxis...
8+ mph can be to much depending on the tide.
