Crab looks great, but measured size is 7.5 " not 7".

Thanks,
Doc

Well, he's probably pretty puny by Chesapeake standards, but at least I'm a player. Hope to be up there with 8"+ later this year.

Here is another one for the record book (at least here in NorthWest Florida). This one is 8.5" caught today in the same crab pot, location, and bait as before. Can't wait 'til tomorrow!

Hey DocSmith, that is a beauty!  But up here in MD I consistently catch that size.  One time only 44 crabs fit in a bushel.  If I ever get up to date on my computer skills I'll post some pictures.  Oh heck I'll get my teenager to do it.  She knows more about this computer then I do!

This is how it's going to go.  After I kick your A$$ i'm going to run you through the wood chipper and put you in containers in the freezer to use in my crab pots!  The really sad part?  You let an old man kick your A$$!!!

Close, but no cigar! I checked my pots this afternoon coming home from work and this guy came in at 8 1/4! When I saw it, I thought I would have another Florida Record...
Can't wait 'til tomorrow.

Here is my 7 3/4" from today. I tried getting a better pic. The only thing I have to work with is a web cam. So trying to hold the ruler, and the camera and click the mouse, I did the best I could. I am still hunting the elusive 8".
