We had a nice sampler of crab cakes for Christmas Eve also!!!  They tasted even better now (are we all in withdrawl already!!)  Forgot how sweet it it!

Yeah, they really tasted great for Christmas. Everyone was suprised when I pulled out a dozen soft crabs from the freezer (they thought we had eaten them all) for Christmas Eve. Crab soup was frozen from last batch in October and they knew about that.

Can't wait for spring crabbin'.

Shhhhh..........I have a secret......hid 4 more crabcakes in the back of the freezer!!!  Just don't tell anybody...saving them for a snowy day.

Sorry to hear about your loss. Hope you recovered ok after Sandy, but I have to tell you, my crabs eaten for Christmas were realy good. Man, I bet yours would have been great! Grin Grin Grin Grin
