Need to replace day /night  distress flares. Walmart has the 12 Guage pistol type. They are legal in pa but I can't find accurate   
Info on the Web about being legal in NJ. Anyone have any info?

 I have always thought you can use them   They are on NJSP marine poster   http://www.njsp.org/maritime/pdf/remember-poster.pdf
