Not seeing how to obtain the legal measurement here in VA. Doesn't seem to to listed in the regs. So  how on the crab does the gauge get placed? In Oregon, dungeoness get measure just in front of the shell points. The points themselves don't count for the size. Are blue crabs done the same way?
