I was given a stainless steel jet burner which I'd like to use for steaming crabs.  What propane hose/regulator setup would you recommend and what PSI range is preferred?  I've have been looking at some hoses on Amazon, one is adjustable from 0-10psi and another from 0-20psi.  Is anything over 10psi recommended, or just overkill?  Thanks in advance!

Mine is 0-30psi.  I start my crabs off at high and then cut it back once the pot starts to show steam.  I personally would rather get it going fast and cut it back plus I would rather have too much and cut it back then not have enough to start.

Here is the regulator I use:

or you can do like me and don't use any.  I regulate the pressure with a 90* valve.  Come to the WYE party and see how it works.
