I like all this snow and rain after the terrible drought in southern NJ last year.   Those crabs will be somewhere,  and I aim to find them in those creeks,  and I am itchin to go !    I don't even care if I have to fight those greenheads!   Capt Williecrab,   southern NJ creek explorer from Dividing Creek to the Delaware Bay!

Trapp'n bait fish in the creek,  catching fish for tonights dinner.  Working on the boats all day today.  No more snow.  Moms making fried oysters and fresh fish tonight, crab'n starts in 21 days....  Hoping the drought is over,  vine ripe tomatoes, corn on the cob, fried soft crabs.  Eating steamed crabs until a Mic'ds cheeseburger looks good. Makes no matter where I roam where there's water I am home.  Thank the lord for the food we eat tonight and this beautiful sunsetting across the bay tonight.  Life is great....

No snow today but there was sleet bouncing off my bald head while I was fixing some boards on the pier.  So gray today didnt even check the bait traps.

It's chilly right now but they're saying that it'll get near 60 today and we might see 70 on Sunday.  It's looking better.

Here in Maryland they're calling for 52 and cloudy today.  I'll take that over temps in the teens like we had most of Jan and Feb.
