Here is one of the reasons the crab population is down...  Tons of stingrays in the Bay but this is the first time I had one in a pot.... Sad

You know, the wings are really good to eat.  You have to get them off the main body quickly because like sharks, they will excrete urea through the skin if they go through a slow death process.  But if you slice them off, you fillet the meat off each side of the cartilage (again, like sharks there are no bones) and it is a delicacy.
