Summer crabbing was so bad I stopped.

Then there was a cool day last week and I thought I would drop a crab pot off my dock.   Seems to me that a couple of cool days made a lot of crabs realize they had better start fattening up before the winter.    Since then the crab pots have been full every morning----unfortunately more little ones needing to go back than big ones.

Anyone else think that the first signs of fall get the crabs in the eating mood?
