We've worked with true blue crab (Callinectes sapidus) here in the South of Brazil.
First five years only with softcrab at the closed shedding system.

Now ,we started crab meat processing but only with a brazilian machine similar Baader 694/696 machine (mechanical extraction).
We want to produce crab meat by handling but it'll be a long way to get high quality crab meat like USA Crab Meat.
We've processed around 60000 pounds of live crab per day.

My question is:
Is there any machine to get Cocktail Claw ?
We've read only about machines from SNORRE GROUP -Cocktail Claw Crusher ... but to Snow Crab – SNORRE TECHNOLOGY www.snorregroup.com

Most of the processed crab meat in the US comes from overseas. I would search those companies for info.
