Loaded my 3 traps with red bass heads and set them out Wednesday evening .Put 2 of them closer to the grass line out from some small oyster beds with small cuts leading to some flats . The other one a little deeper off a point.
Picked them up after 48 hours
Got 19 blue and 1 stone kept the 5 blues that were  5 to 6 1/2" throw backs were all around 3.5 /4.5" .The deeper one on the point only caught one throw back and some hermits and some weird looking slug in a shell lol.
That's my best results yet after 3 tries!!

Scottie ,I don't think it really matters as far as the spot . Of course I am new at this but I think at this time of year/ water temp just look for a place no one is using first of all and shallow /oysters and tidal flow is the thing to look for Huh LOL wont share the spot cause this is near home and I released all those smalls in hopes one day I might get 1 or 2 of them on the dinner table LOL
