Where can I find the LCC regulations? All I see is rec regulations. Just wondering if it would be worth it to get one as I am on the wait list. Thanks in advance.

From what I hear the wait list can be a long wait. It all depends on what kind of commercial License you get.

If you go on the DNR website, commercial fisheries page, you can look up the crabbing regs. The LCC lets you use unlimited trotline and up to 50 crab pots. The pots would have to be set in the authorized areas, which is basically the main stem of the Bay. LCC's can be restricted to "male only", but that should be on your license. Look in Comar, Title 8 for most of the laws.
Requirements for commercial boats usually follow the Coast Guard rules. Look to their website for the specifics. If you're crabbing commercially, your boat is supposed to be registered as commercial with the DNR.

....are three signatures still required for license sales and transfers, or did they do away with that as well?
