We used to have a guy on a pontoon boat with a hot dog stand out here in the Great Egg Harbor Bay.     He made a killing...

Years Back There was a guy in Sandy Hook Bay, He had Live bait and Coffee, Dogs and such lasted a few seasons then disappeared,  Gave up or run in with the Law,  Hard to do if you do not show up every day,

Hot dogs (maybe he could sell bait )  delivered on the water,  love it!   Hey buddy,  I will have 3 hot dogs,  and 4 bunkers,  oh by the way,  I will take the dogs before the bunker.
