If I wanted to crab the Shrewsbury, what is the best ramp to use?  Free or Pay?

I see one off of River Lane in Long Branch.

Thanks!

From Long Branch... very close is Monmouth Beach has a yearly ramp down by the Channel Club & Monmouth Cove Sailing Center..  For you it's a 10 minute drive there,
