So now we know where the 215 dollar harvester fee went and why we have to pay it every year, along with the increase lic. fees.

Looks like there isn't enough "V" build into the hull.  In rough water they're going to take a pounding.

Ron, i agree 100%, those look very round on entry can't see the stern but round also more than likley. Dosen't the name  Everglades indicate fairly calm waters??? The bay can really roll sometimes and they would not get anywhere fast on a rough day on the Chesapeake.

Here our Wildlife and Fisheries agents have 23' & 25' skiffs with deep "V" bottoms with nothing less than one 250 HP Yamaha engine.  If they are patrolling inland waters they're in 19' skiffs with 150-200 Hp Yamaha.  If they are patrolling swamps they're in aluminum boats with Gator Tail engines like mine and if they are in the saltwater marsh they're in air boats.  I think they also have 1 or 2 helicopters.  Lot of places to hide around here.  But remember no matter how fast your boat is you can't out run that radio. Just one more example of politicians wasting our tax dollars on something they no very little about. The solution always seems to be "Throw more money at whatever the problem happens to be".
