All,

Just wondering what your storage strategies for excess crabs was.  We usually clean them live and then throw them in freezer bags (without steaming) until we cook them.  Obviously the meat isn't nearly as fresh as fresh caught but it's okay.  The meat doesn't seem to want to come out as easily.  Does anyone have any other suggestions besides picking them and freezing the meat?  Thanks!

That's how we do it down here.  No rocket science.  Clean and freeze.

BTW how is Ms. Faye?  Are y'all still in P.R.?  No mosquito problems I hope.
