I wonder how long a blue claw would last shedding out in the open like that with other crabs running around?

I tried one in California's, Fisherman's Wharf, San Francisco along with a Dungeness. Dungeness weigh from 1 to 3.5lbs. each, so you only need 1 crab to eat. Just pick the size you want .They steamed them in what looked like a back yard brick BBQ pit with live steam, placing the crabs in a plastic bag to steam them in without any seasoning. I was reluctant to try one of the spider crabs but was told they were good. I was surprised how good it was. Very sweet meat. I don't know if the ones we have here on  the east coast taste the same.
