crime 2.0 with 33% having a 4 yr college degree or better

compare that to dundalk MD
crime 7.0 with only 6% having a 4 yr college degree or better

but there nothing wrong with dundalk, I go there all the time. used for comparison purposes only  ;D ;D

Always going to be higher around the major cities and dense populated areas. I am quite sure you go in some areas and will get the same thing here. 8)
