I'm looking for a spot where I don't have to drop $100 on a permit for the year.  Just started getting into crabbing last year so I need to learn the free and daily use spots.  I'm a PA resident coming from just across the river from Trenton.  I was hoping to find something around Navasink or Shrews so we can make a couple day trips.  Anything from Red Bank down to Little Egg.  Any help would be a start.  I've been looking at the NJ's boat ramp link but not getting very far.  Thanks in advance.
