Left the dock at 8:45 am to crab the end of the incoming tide. Today I had 22 chicken baited and 5 bunker baited topless. Got to my spot and Cliff and Mutzy already had it warmed up for 4 hours...... so I kicked them out and Birthday Boy Bart and I were able to limit out by noon... Met BCA member Paul Dobrosky on the water with his friends from Virginia. Paul called me up for some advice, he is a longtime resident of Shrewsbury, I helped him out with a spot and Bart and I helped his group out with some crab for the weekend. In a rush to get Bart off the water to cook his Birthday bushel, we missed final photos, sorry. Just taking my crabs off the cooker now @ 3:16 pm -  Excellent day all around.

Great day to be on the water with Cliff had a blast..We also took in 2 bushels..Had tons of shorts ..Loads of double swimmers...Got one nice lady but I put her back in and told her to call her big brothers....AND SHE DID....Its always cool to see other BCA guys on the water...I almost jumped out of the boat when I seen a crab on the line as I was pulling the trap and then found out that Bart and Gary did it.I really could not stop laughing..BUT as you know pay back is a bitc....We had a bag full of used chicken necks and drumsticks.Well we figured they needed some bait so we tied the bag to one of their traps...needless to say you heard Gary about a mile away...

Just a perfect day...Thanks Cliff for the ride...And thank the beautiful river for her bounty...

Thanks Paul, believe me, this site is full of good people that are willing to help anyone. We enjoy sharing our knowledge with fellow crabbers. Thanks for the nice comments, but that was not necessary, you and your group just added to a great day on the water... we were so busy out there, I hardly took any pics, I was just enjoying the day.

What was ziptied in Cliff's  trap was 5 throwbacks, a 6oz. sinker, a water bottle, a fork on the trap line, and a crab on the line.
