I'm not so sure the Gunpowder is going to have much of a season this year.  Every year there is at least one or two rivers that just don't produce.  Who know, next year, they may be jumping into the boat.  Mother nature is a finicky b!tch.  Wink

Still love my 71/2" GP flexers. Did eat some nice black bricks tonight though.

Hard to tell on the Gunpowder this year.

Got a late start due to health issues this year, but we've now been out twice in September.

Both times 30 traps with chicken necks in the same spot; traps in 1/2 hour before Sunrise, pulled out around 11:00 AM.

First time out (incoming tide) got 13 crabs total.  Next time (outgoing tide) 58.

Go figure!

Good luck to all - it's no guarantee on the GP this year.

Part of the problem is the jimmy run turned up northeast into the Elk, Boh, and Sas.
Not the first time!
