Nice!

My meat locker isn't taking any as of recently. Might have to take her out to dinner or something.

No deer for me yet either

Nice job. Is that a mini fridge? As soon as I shoot a buck or the rut is over I will be going to take down some does. I put one in the freezer but looking to get 4 or 5 more this year. There are to many and need to thin out the hurd but they are already getting to smart.

yep; it's a mid size beverage cooler I got from a local store that went out of business... picked up three of them; great for crabs, bait and deer... they are two door units; doors on opposite sides..... wish we had the cold temps in our area to allow the deer to hang but we don't...

Better in That Controlled Unit No Bugs. Temps in Nj jump around to much Farm I hunted on was a Apple Orchard with Giant Cold Warehouse at times there were over 100 deer hanging And many that took advantage of it never came back to Claim their deer. So we Butchered and Donated them. The Smokehouse ran for weeks Boy I miss that.

When I was a kid(1953) in Freehold N.J.,I would ride my bike to Conway"s Bar (now Court Jester) each day during the one week deer season in early Dec.,to see the deer hanging in front....they hung outside all week...My first deer (1957) hung outside our house all week....with certain fish being caught further north and the seasons starting much earlier than in my youth, there is no doubt about climate change.

How many older guys on this forum remember skating on ponds that no longer freeze???
