Went crabbing in the Elizabeth River across from the Naval Piers on the east side of Craney Island 2 commercial pots soaked for 4 hours with bunker in 12 feet of water and only picked up 3 sponge crabs. Water was 72 degrees dirty water, I watched the Commercial guy work his pots for 4 hours back and forth and didnt see him catch many either. I guess it will be a slow year to start, but did catch croakers, rockfish and speckled trout all to small, still better than working !  Grin
