First trip of the season.  Trotline with chicken necks in 7 ft of water.  Didn't leave the ramp until 0930 and had trouble finding a place to lay the line.  Crabbers were everywhere.  Finally found a cove that I had all to myself.  Not many crabs there and I only caught 1 or 2 per run.  Crabbed about 2 hours and brought home a dozen hard crabs.  Caught about that same amount of undersized throwbacks.  Not bad for May this far up the river.  Should really be good in another week and a half.
