What would the average size be for chicken neck to bait an snooded line. When I get a case they range from 5" to 1/4 ". I have noticed that the big baits don't get eaten as often. Does anyone put necks in a bag and does it work. New guy just trying to not waste money. Thanks for any information.

I try to cut all of my necks to 1" pieces. I have also noticed they don't always bite on the big pieces.
