 Planned a trip for 8/21.Just realized that is the day of the eclipse.How will that affect crabbing?  Huh

If you crab on the 21st, instead of putting your baits on the floor of the bay, set them at the top of the water.  All of the crabs will be coming to the top of the water to catch a glimpse of the eclipse.  This is a hard lesson I learned in 1979.

  Surprised the statists at the Maryland DNR don't ban crabbing during the eclipse.
