I am definitely gonna throw out some traps during the Eclipse just to see the outcome. The tide charts I've read don't have nothing special going on but I think about how the moon effect's the tides and crabbing. I would like to here some thought's on the matter...       I wlll post my catch result's after I come back from crabbing

I'll be out tomorrow, but will probably be done way before the eclipse even starts.  I hope to be home by then.

If there's any effect at all, it will probably only be like a very cloudy day for the length of the event. The moon is going to be where it would be on any other day - it just happens to align with the Sun.
