Something to ponder...  Here's a scenario I haven't seen on here.   Suppose I have the $15 crab sticker on my boat.  I know if I'm not there, with my permission anyone can use use my boat to crab.  But, is there anything wrong with an "unlicensed" person using my gear?  They would not have a license# to add to gear.

I suspect a DNR officer would not be concerned but I don't think this scenario is covered in regs.

I would assume it to be similar to me allowing someone else to use my commercial license. Markings are all still my license # so any violation would go against that lic #.
