Heading out of Dundee tomorrow morning and making a left Shocked I'm praying to the Crab Gods for a worthy bounty!! Maxwell point has been good to me in the past but not so much lately Undecided I've been crabbing deep(8-12) with varied results. I may place 10 traps in some 4-6'. Has anyone been doing any good in GP?  I'll post up tomorrow and let you know what's up!!

Curious myself. I'm planning on the top end of the bush sometime friday. I hope we can both report good news.

I would be happy to catch 30, I've been averaging 2 or 3 per run but the ones I'm catching are 7-8" bricks Wink

Good luck.  I'm guessing you'll nab between 3-4 dozen.  Keep us posted.

Thanks!! 4 dozen of the ones I caught Sunday would fill a basket! There is a 9 o'clock tide so I'm going to take a couple rods for the downtime! Maybe I'll get lucky and catch my 4 dozen before the tide changes Undecided

Small rock hitting rattle traps, swim baits and live bait around the points all around.  Mostly small but a few keepers mixed in...  Good Luck out there  Smiley

Running across tide rather than with it has produced well for me in the GP. Few weeks ago I was getting doublers and 8"ers but my last time out was very mixed. Good youll have moving water both ways. Good luck today

A catfish fry is not as good as a crab feast if you are from Maryland.

How do you secure your bait to the traps?
