Went touring the Navisink to see what was happening. Saw a few boats at the Bridge both sides look like they were Catching.
In Rumsom this launch used to be open but now posted with By Permit Only no one to ask the Hows or Wheres to get a permit anyons using it?
Can't wait till Clam season opens on The Navisink if like last year it will be a Fantatic year including some Soft Shell Clams that showed up past 2 years shoud be good sized just pain purging the sand.

Its a $125 no matter where you live.

That Rumson ramp has been seasonal pay since the early 1990's.  Was $75. Then $100 for years.  And in 2016 changed to $125 for a powered vessel.  Kayaks are cheaper but still need a yearly pass.    There never were pay per day passes at this place.

The back of Rumson town hall is across the street from the ramp right in back of the cell tower disguised as a tree.
