Gave Peekskill a go today. Beautiful weather. So, so crabbing. Three hours. Out going tide. Eight keepers. Three 6" rusties, and five 5&1/2". Threw back anything smaller. Probable 20 throw backs. Six traps with chicken off the bridge. Froze them up for winter sauce. Nice to get out but I thought I would have got a bunch of big guys this time of the year. Been a tough season on the Hudson this year. I thought coming into the year we were going to have a banner season. So much for that idea. Oh well. Have a good winter gentlemen. Hope next year those throw backs turn into 7"ers.
