5 traps, two handlines, chicken, 3 hours, two rookies. Shocked

15 jimmies, 5 1/2 to 6 1/2 inches. Nice rusty crabs.

One youngin' pulled the first trap after a nice long 30 second soak shocked2 and got his first crab  Grin
So a 1 minute soak from then on seemed too long.  Roll Eyes Then he got a double  Shocked Shocked Shocked
I'm still amazed that we got 15. We all had a good time.  Smiley

Nice catch. Great day to be out on the Hudson. Enjoy them. Don't know if I'll get out again this season. Unless the weather holds and I hear some good reports. Mike where is the bear mountain pier? I was still on the bridge at 12:00. Guys in two trucks were inspecting the bridge. Might have blocked your view.
