Launched at the wye around 1 oclock tried crabbing in cove near Pickering creek in 8-10 ft of water. First pass was more than 1/2 way through traps and had not seen a crab so decided to move. Picked up rest of traps and managed 1 crab so headed to the Miles. Wind was a little strong , but not as bad as last trip there. Set traps out and made first pass caught 2 keepers and 2 females. Made a few more passes without much luck plus had to keep chasing down floating traps. Decided to call it quits and try some fishing ended up with 8 crabs total 0 fish. Will probably try 1 more time this weekend .

Great effort with those weather conditions. I noticed the wind getting up when I stopped crabbing at 12:00.  It was  nice mid morning , water was calm in the Magothy.
