Made last trip of the season Saturday laid 27 ring traps in 10-12 feet with necks. Made 2 runs and only had 1 crab which managed to escape out a small hole in the trap. Funny how all those traps and the only crab is in 1 with a hole in it and escapees. 3rd pass half way through still no crabs so I told my son to start pulling them we are done ,picked up traps and went fishing. Had a good day hanging out with my son and did not have high expectations of catching crabs . Hoping next year will be better.

MCC, glad you got out with your son. Thanks for sharing. It probably was a trip that will be shared  in conversation later on in life.  Memories are priceless IMHO.

Thanks it is very enjoyable he is an avid fisherman and crabber. It is really nice  having him there to help he baits the traps , pulls them and never has a problem if you ask him to do something.
