Suspensions In Portions of Coastal Delaware Bay, Ludlam Bay and Toms River
Effective immediately, the NJ DEP Water Resource Management has ordered the suspension of shellfish harvest in Coastal Delaware Bay-Stow Creek, Ludlam Bay-Maple Swamp, and portions of the Toms River. Is there some way to access the specific test locations and results? I'd like to be able to make sure that the spots from which I take clams for my own consumption aren't likely to be significantly more contaminated than the median value that NJ uses to determine harvest status for a map section.

I am sure they are available via an OPRA request.
