I'll be fishing from my kayak and camping at the Rocky Point in East Lyme this coming weekend.  Thinking of catching some crabs while there.  What is the license and regulation for out of state residents?  Feel free to PM me if there are any hot spots I should check out.  Thanks.

no license needed, no pot traps allowed, 5" size limit. Goof luck!
