OK anyone still looking for these placards. They can be readily found at www.mikekellerltd.com mainly by calling them they carry the 4 basic ones " injuries, Oil discharge, Illegal dumping. and no illegal drugs" they are 6.50 each and can be ordered by calling them @ 1-800-netting

Boaters World has the injury plaques... hard plastic with double-sided tape.  $5 and change.  They didn't have the oil or garbage.

 I found the booklet from dnr on what we need for comm. gear let me know if you need more info alot of it is based on length off boat.
