Why you're celebrating a "victory" for someone else, I'll never know, but I wouldn't celebrate too early.

Headlines in 2012 said the same thing, claiming O'Malley saved the crab population and that juvenile crabs were the highest they've ever been.  I remember myself, and many other crabbers asking at the end of the 2012 and the entire 2013 season, "Where are all the crabs?"  We never saw an increase, in fact, there was a substantial decrease.

Or the reason for it.

Can't wait for any news media to announce " MD watermen and recreational crabbers  decide to lower their crab catch to  help increase the blue crab population for the future"
