Set out 7 pots late Thursday evening- just before dark . Checked Friday morning and mid afternoon Saturday before taking out. Caught 126 crabs with 63 nice keepers. No Stone crabs or
fish this time. Water temp felt awesome- probably 70-75 degrees. Set  pots in 4-5 feet of water.

Way to go, glad to hear the water warming up. Looking forward to it up here in MD. Did you sell them ?

With Mother's Day today, I went to a local seafood seller and he was sold out of crabs completely by 1:00Pm . Except for the small MD crabs, all the other crabs came from out of state  that he sold.  I called ahead yesterday for jumbo shrimp  for the wife. No way I'm spending high prices for crabs. we wait till we can catch our own to eat.
