Slow grind. On the water 5:15 out 12:30. Traps with razors water temp 78. Most of our catch was well under sized. Started up the river spent most of the day there hoping things would pick up in a lay that has been productive in the past. It didnít get any better. Noticed the water smelled a little off and didnít taste salty at all. Not sure how much run off was in the river. Picked up and moved out in the bay. Water smelled better and was defiantly salty. Catch picked up a little but still only brought in 1/4 basket of barley keepers

Same story here today & yesterday. Line was in the water around 05:30. 3 hours later, including 2 pots on 24 hour soak, 21 jimmies today, 24 yesterday. None to brag about either. Today catching females at power plant for the first time. Except for one weekend that's been the story so far since the end of April. Definitely take them but hope it gets better soon. Been a lot of rain this year too so sure there's a lot of runoff. Water in our marina was brown all weekend.
