2weeks ago at Berkeley park a man and his grandson came to the dock with a ziplock with blue liquid. He took out what looks like rags and zip tied them to crab cages. He was bulling up crabs like crazy. I was shocked so I asked what was he using.

He told me it was blue crab fuel soaked with old socks. OLD SOCKS!!  I have bought this stuff and have used it soaked chicken. Havenít noticed any difference.

Put it on a sock. Nothing in 2 hours.It was not one of my post 5k run socks....

That looks like a Left sock. I'm pretty sure crustaceans feed more on Right sock.
