Back at it again in Jacksonville. Went to my top secret cove off an inlet only to find a commercial crabber had set up two big pots there. That cut down on things a lot. Still, there are crabs moving in each day. First day I managed 15. A few days later I managed 20. Mostly females and average size. This is prime time here. Things should continue picking up. Good luck to all of you.

Went out today and got 23 more. For me, fresh white crab meat with some dipping butter plus some lemon and a pinch of salt is beyond decadent. There are very few meals I would like more than this.
