Decided to go crabbing today at the Wye River knowing that storms were lurking today. We got there at daylight and parking lot was basically empty except for 2 vehicles with trailers not good. We crabbed with traps and chicken necks till about 9:30 and called it quits with 25 big crabs, lots of turtles in traps, horshoe crabs too, wanted to stay but storm clouds forming during morning and wanted to get up to Pa before weather turned sour. Would have been nice to get a bushel but happy with what we got today!!! Crabbing still sub par but happy with our catch.

Great effort considering the possibility of storms. I watch the weather apps and it looked iffy. I stayed home and watched the rain come and go.

Way to go, enjoy them crabs.

Where at in Aston? I am not far from you at all, and I was actually working on Lenni Rd. this week, remodeling a friends kitchen. WTG, enjoy them crabs.
