Currently 94 degrees , going to be a hot one for sure. Whether crabbing, fishing, or cruising, make sure you drink plenty of fluids that will help you keep hydrated.  Be safe out there.

Drinking water in hot weather
Evaporation of the sweat cools the skin, which in turn helps to cool the whole body. ... Drinking water helps replenish the fluids lost by excessive sweating. If you don't get enough water, you may become dehydrated, and the combination of hot temperatures and dehydration can lead to serious heat-related illnesses.Apr 24, 2019

Each one of us here today will at one time in our lives look upon a loved one who is in need and ask the same question: We are willing to help, Lord, but what, if anything, is needed? For it is true we can seldom help those closest to us. Either we don't know what part of ourselves to give or, more often than not, the part we have to give is not wanted. And so it is those we live with and should know who elude us. But we can still love them - we can love completely without complete understanding.

Never heard pedialyte recommended for staying hydrated because of fluid loss threw sweating. I have heard it used for replacing electrolytes lost because of vomiting and diarrhea.

It's all the good without the sugar and [curd] you dont need.  Gatorade zero is good all well as ALL SPORT ZERO.
