Here's a lunker I caught back in August, on a Gulph trip to the Sarasota, FL area. Biggest catch of the day. It had to have weighed AT LEAST 3 oz. Legend has it that is was a frog fish.

I know. The shrimp that I had on the hook for bait was bigger than the catch.

John Fountain Davidson, Fountain was actually his middle name. Boat was named "JO BE MAR". I believe it was a compilation of his children's names. He was quite a character. I'm sure Reds could tell some tales about him if he sees this.

JO-BE-MAR was his 3 daughters. I'm married to JO (Joann). Have been for 57 years.

He'll of a fisherman and could handle a boat. Fished with him one evening and got caught in 80 MPH winds at the bay bridge...And a very good duck and goose hunter. Retired from a big dirt construction company in Baltimore. Was Vice President...Ran fishing parties until he was 76.
