watermen have a meeting with state officials oct 2 at queenstown moose 6pm to talk about the bad situation with crabbing and what can be done, this is open for all

Just one of the few bad apples that keeps wizzing in the MSSA's and TF's milk.  Not because I have violations (because I don't'), but because I'm catching the resources that they claim to own and have more rights to.

I guess you can go to the meeting  and ask them how they got the dredge report wrong. I’m sure they’ll propose some more regulations. It was a bad year because a record amount of rain in 2018.

You can open the encyclopedia of excuses and point to an excuse with your eyes closed and thats the reason.

Why can't there just be good years and bad years without it being a "situation" that needs to be fixed?


Crabbing has had good years and bad years for decades, now the states are "fixing it" every year but nothing ever changes.


We are getting ready to get the shaft in NC because the state says there's no crabs. Meanwhile we only have a market one or two days a week right now because the picking houses and bushel markets are flooded with crabs.

when will the meeting be in Annapolis? I really have to hear this BS if I can make it, haven't had a good laugh in awhile but on the other hand the crabs are just showing up.
